Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) reported GAAP operating revenue of $19.8 billion for the June quarter of 2026, with operating income of $1.9 billion and earnings per share of $2.44, as the airline said results exceeded its guidance.
The quarterly performance followed a 14% increase in revenue and record total revenue, while adjusted revenue reached $17.7 billion compared with the company’s previous expectations for the period.
Delta reported adjusted operating income of $1.6 billion, an adjusted operating margin of 9.2%, and adjusted EPS of $1.56, while management maintained its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS forecast of $6.50–$7.50.
The airline expects September quarter revenue to increase by mid-teens year over year, with an adjusted operating margin target of 11–13% and EPS of $2–$2.50.
Following the announcement, Delta Air Lines shares were unchanged at $58.67.
Delta said it plans to increase its dividend by 15% beginning in the September quarter and expects year-end gross leverage of about 2x, with adjusted net debt at $13.6 billion, down 17% from the prior year.
