Datavault AI (NASDAQ:DVLT) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.7 million, up $5 million or 287% year over year, as the company expanded its data monetization and tokenization platforms.
The company’s revenue growth compared with $1.7 million in the second quarter of 2025, while gross profit increased to $2.9 million from $35,000 during the same period.
Datavault AI reported research and development expenses of $7.2 million, up from $4.2 million, sales and marketing expenses of $7.2 million, up from $1.7 million, and general and administrative expenses of $14.9 million, up from $6.5 million.
Datavault AI reiterated its full-year 2026 revenue target of at least $200 million.
The company said its strategy focuses on assembling and vertically integrating infrastructure supporting data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, real-world asset tokenization and spatial audio technologies.
