  • Curis (NASDAQ:CRIS) reported a 100 percent objective response rate in five evaluable BTK-naïve patients during its primary CNS lymphoma study.
  • The updated clinical results expanded the company's treatment profile, though its share price was unchanged following the announcement.
  • The company stated that it expects to dose its first five chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients by the end of July.

Curis (NASDAQ:CRIS) reported updated clinical data for its emavusertib treatment, demonstrating a 100 percent objective response rate among five evaluable BTK-naïve lymphoma patients as of July 1, 2026.

This clinical performance represents an increase compared to the 71 percent objective response rate observed in the previous data evaluation from May 2025.

The company stated that 10 patients have consented to a separate chronic lymphocytic leukemia study, with the first five individuals expected to be dosed by the end of July 2026.

Emavusertib is being evaluated in combination with established therapies to target B-cell proliferation and reverse disease progression in heavily pretreated patients.

Management noted that previous guidance from regulatory agencies indicated the ongoing registrational study could eventually support an application for accelerated approval in the relapsed and refractory treatment market.
