CrowdStrike sees Q2 revenue rise 26% to $1.47 billion

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.47 billion, up 26% year over year, driven by subscription revenue growth and increased recurring revenue.

Subscription revenue increased 27% to $1.40 billion, while annual recurring revenue reached $5.84 billion as of July 31, 2026, including $332.8 million in net new ARR added during the quarter.

CrowdStrike reported GAAP loss from operations of $33.2 million, compared with a loss of $105.5 million a year earlier, while non-GAAP operating income increased to $371.6 million from $255.0 million.

The company reported GAAP net income attributable to CrowdStrike of $5.3 million, compared with a loss of $70.2 million in the prior-year quarter, while non-GAAP net income increased to $322.9 million.

CrowdStrike generated $530.3 million in net cash from operations and $377.4 million in free cash flow during Q2 fiscal 2027, while ending the quarter with $5.01 billion in cash and cash equivalents.
