Creative Realities (NASDAQ:CREX), a provider of digital signage and AdTech solutions, reported significant growth for its fiscal fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The results mark the first reporting period since the company’s transformational acquisition of Cineplex Digital Media (CDM) in November 2025.

Revenue for the fourth quarter reached $23.9 million, a substantial increase from the $11 million reported in the prior-year period.

This growth was largely driven by the inclusion of CDM’s operations, which more than doubled the company’s scale.

Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) ended the quarter at approximately $20.1 million, up from $12.3 million as of September 30, 2025, highlighting the increased contribution of high-margin SaaS and support services.

The acquisition of CDM closed on November 7, 2025, for a final adjusted purchase price of approximately USD $42.8 million (CAD $60.3 million).

Creative Realities has moved swiftly on integration, reporting that it has already realized $6.4 million in annualized cost synergies.

The company expects to reach its goal of $10 million in annualized synergies by the end of 2026 through operational efficiencies and the application of its proprietary CMS and AdTech platforms across the combined network.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter rose to $5.2 million, compared to $0.5 million a year ago.

On a GAAP basis, the company reported a net loss of $2 million, impacted by acquisition-related expenses and integration costs.

As of December 31, the company held $1.6 million in cash and carried approximately $44 million in debt, primarily consisting of the senior term loan used to finance the CDM transaction.

In tandem with the earnings report, Creative Realities announced a major new partnership with AMC Theatres (NYSE:AMC) and National CineMedia (NASDAQ:NCMI).

The initiative will modernize the in-lobby media footprint across 285 AMC locations nationwide, deploying multiple 75-inch digital displays per location.

Creative Realities will serve as the exclusive equipment and service partner, managing installation and ongoing network operations.
