Cresud (NASDAQ:CRESY) reported FY 2026 net income of ARS 372,280 million for the year ended June 30, 2026, compared with ARS 299,635 million in FY 2025.
The company’s consolidated gross profit increased to ARS 538,158 million from ARS 491,527 million, while results from operations rose to ARS 386,222 million from ARS 295,065 million during the period.
Agricultural business revenue increased to ARS 727,486 million from ARS 598,649 million, while urban properties revenue reached ARS 526,939 million compared with ARS 500,352 million in the previous fiscal year.
Cresud planted 314,000 hectares during FY 2026, about 5% above the previous campaign, producing more than one million tons of grains and achieving record livestock production, while issuing approximately $256 million in notes.
Cresud operates agricultural and urban property businesses, with activities focused on farming, livestock production, land development, and real estate investments across its markets.
