ClearSign shares surge as preliminary Q4 revenue skyrockets 510%
ClearSign Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ:CLIR) provided preliminary, unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, showing substantial revenue growth.
Fourth quarter revenue is expected to reach approximately $3.6 million, a dramatic increase from $0.59 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, representing roughly 510% year-over-year growth.
For the full year 2025, revenue is projected at about $5.2 million, up approximately 44% from $3.6 million in 2024.
Management attributed the robust fourth quarter performance to the completion of a significant 26-burner order for a U.S. Gulf Coast petrochemical facility, supplemented by broader contributions from testing, engineering, flares, and service work.
The company emphasized that these figures are preliminary and unaudited, and may be subject to change following final adjustments and completion of the audit review.
