
Clearmind buys 51% Charging Robotics stake

Clearmind Medicine (NASDAQ:CMND) signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% stake in EV wireless charging company Charging Robotics for an aggregate purchase price of $2.5 million.
The acquisition expands Clearmind’s activities into electric vehicle charging technology through Charging Robotics’ wireless charging systems designed for automated parking facilities, autonomous mobile platforms, and robotaxi operations.
Charging Robotics develops proprietary intelligent wireless charging systems capable of delivering up to 10 kW of continuous power without requiring manual cable connections or conventional charging stations.
As part of the transaction terms, Clearmind will extend a $1.5 million loan to Charging Robotics at an annual interest rate of 4%, with maturity three years after closing unless automatically extended under specified conditions.
The acquisition is expected to close during the week of September 7, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, with Clearmind providing financing support to Charging Robotics as part of the agreement.
Clearmind Medicine develops biotechnology solutions, while the Charging Robotics transaction expands its portfolio into EV infrastructure and autonomous mobility technology.
