Clear Secure revenue rises 26.6% to $277.8 million

• Clear Secure’s second-quarter revenue increased 26.6% to $277.8 million, while Total Bookings rose 32.8% to $295.9 million.
• Adjusted EBITDA reached $101.1 million, while free cash flow increased to $189.0 million.

Clear Secure (NYSE:YOU) reported second-quarter revenue of $277.8 million, up 26.6%, while Total Bookings increased 32.8% to $295.9 million.

Revenue exceeded Clear Secure’s previous guidance of $268 million to $271 million, while bookings surpassed its $280 million to $285 million forecast.

Operating income reached $83 million, net income was $72.3 million, adjusted EBITDA was $101.1 million and free cash flow totalled $189.0 million.

Clear Secure raised its 2026 free cash flow forecast to at least $480 million.

Total CLEAR Members increased 30% to 43.5 million, while Active CLEAR+ Members rose 15.2% to 8.3 million.

The company operated CLEAR+ at 62 airports, TSA PreCheck enrolment at 280 locations and eGates across 50 airports, while returning about $22.2 million to shareholders.
