Classover (NASDAQ:KIDZ), an AI-powered education technology company, reported its full-year 2025 financial results.

Service revenue totaled $3.37 million for the year, unchanged from 2024.

The company posted a net loss of $7.04 million, largely attributable to non-cash fair-value adjustments and one-time expenses related to the de-SPAC process and financing activities.

Gross margin improved to 57% from 56% in the prior year.

Registered users also increased to 72,850, and the number of educator partners rose to 1,200.

Elsewhere, cost-reduction efforts delivered lower expenses, with cost of goods sold decreasing 10.4% and sales and marketing expenses declining 22.6%.

Operationally, Classover launched a new AI Robotics division and made significant progress on its AI Tutor, Nexus, and AI Learning Genome initiatives during 2025.
