Claritev delivers Q2 revenue of $257.5 million, up 6.6%

Claritev (NYSE:CTEV) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $257.5 million, up 6.6%, while its net loss narrowed to $59.2 million from $62.6 million.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 1.1% to $155.8 million from $154 million, although the adjusted EBITDA margin declined to 60.5% from 63.8% a year earlier.

Operating cash flow rose to $92.7 million from $61.2 million, free cash flow increased to $54.6 million, and Claritev raised 2026 revenue guidance to $1–$1.02 billion.

Following the announcement, Claritev's share price was unchanged at $24.29 in the latest available quote, with Friday's regular trading session not yet open.

Claritev reported more than $70 million of bookings during the first half of 2026 and said it is targeting $100 million for the full year.

The healthcare technology company serves more than 750 payers, over 100,000 employers, 60 million consumers and 1.4 million contracted providers.
