Cintas (NASDAQ:CTAS) reported fiscal 2027 first-quarter revenue of $3.01 billion, an increase of 10.9% from $2.72 billion in the prior-year period.

The company reported organic revenue growth of 8.9% for the quarter, while gross margin increased to $1.55 billion from $1.37 billion, with gross margin as a percentage of revenue rising to 51.5%.

Operating income increased 15.2% to $711.9 million, while net income rose 12.3% to $551.7 million compared with $491.1 million in the prior-year quarter.

Cintas reported diluted earnings per share of $1.36, compared with $1.20 in the prior-year period, while adjusted diluted EPS excluding $14.4 million in UniFirst transaction expenses was $1.39.

The company raised its fiscal 2027 guidance, expecting revenue between $12.15 billion and $12.27 billion and adjusted diluted EPS between $5.45 and $5.54, excluding non-recurring UniFirst acquisition expenses.
