The growth was primarily driven by the IndiCue and Giant acquisitions, which contributed $11.6 million in the quarter.

Cineverse generated net income attributable to common stockholders of $1.1 million in the fourth quarter, while Adjusted EBITDA was $0.1 million.

For the full fiscal year 2026, revenue totaled $65.7 million, down 16% year over year, with a net loss of $9.2 million.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 guidance for revenue of $115–$120 million and adjusted EBITDA of $10–$20 million.

Cineverse expects technology platforms to account for more than 50% of revenue in fiscal 2027 as it continues integrating recent acquisitions and expanding its digital offerings.
