
ChipMOS quarterly revenue hits record since 2014
- ChipMOS reported record monthly and quarterly revenue since 2014, with 2Q26 revenue reaching NT$7.38 billion.

ChipMOS Technologies (NASDAQ:IMOS) reported unaudited second-quarter 2026 revenue of NT$7,383.1 million (US$231.8 million), its highest quarterly revenue since 2014, driven by increased demand across its business operations.
The result represented a 6.5% increase from the previous quarter and a 28.7% increase from the same period a year earlier, while June 2026 revenue also reached a record level since 2014.
June 2026 revenue reached NT$2,538.4 million (US$79.7 million), rising 6.5% month over month and 37.2% year over year, with the company reporting that additional capacity was added to support customer requirements.
ChipMOS said it continues expanding production capacity to meet customer forecasts and supply commitments.
Following the announcement, ChipMOS shares were unchanged at $24.78.
Founded in 1997, ChipMOS provides semiconductor testing and packaging services, including integrated circuit testing, wafer-level services and memory-related solutions for global customers.
ChipMOS has focused on expanding semiconductor manufacturing support capabilities as demand grows across areas including artificial intelligence, advanced computing and electronic devices.
