The company reported gross margin of 30.4%, unchanged from the prior-year period, while net margin increased 40 basis points to 2.4%.
Net income reached $80.5 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $226.7 million from $183.3 million a year earlier, and adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 6.8%.
Chewy reported diluted earnings per share of $0.20, up $0.06 year over year, while adjusted diluted EPS increased to $0.36 from $0.33.
