Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ:CHKP) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $673.6 million, up about 1% year over year, as security subscription revenue increased.

Security subscription revenue rose 12% to $332.6 million, while remaining performance obligations increased 7% to $2.6 billion, reflecting future contracted revenue.

Check Point reported GAAP operating income of $185.1 million with a 27% margin, while non-GAAP operating income reached $259.7 million with a 39% margin, and operating cash flow was $169.6 million.

The company reported non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.55, up 8% year over year.

Check Point ended June 30, 2026 with $4.2 billion in cash, marketable securities and short-term deposits after receiving $1.8 billion in net proceeds from a $2 billion convertible notes offering.

The company also repurchased approximately 2.5 million shares for about $325 million, expanded its share repurchase authorization by $2 billion and recorded a $28 million reduction in research and development expenses from Israel’s R&D tax incentive programme.
