This financial result represents a 1.7% year-over-year revenue decrease.
The telecommunications provider saw Spectrum Internet customers decline by 172,000, bringing its total to 29.4 million.
Following the announcement, Charter Communications' share price was down at $122.
While total video customers decreased by 21,000 to 12.5 million, the company expanded its total mobile lines by 15.5% year-over-year.
The business also stated it successfully repurchased 4 million Class A shares for $838 million in cash during the quarter.
