Chanson International Holding (NASDAQ:CHSN) reported net income of $0.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with a net loss of $1 million in the same period a year earlier.
The company reported total revenue of $8.3 million, down 4.5% from $8.7 million, as lower U.S. store revenue offset a slight increase in China store revenue.
Gross profit increased to $4 million from $3.9 million, while gross margin improved to 47.7% from 44.5%, supported by lower operating costs and changes in revenue mix.
Operating expenses declined to $4.7 million from $5.1 million, mainly due to a 33.7% reduction in general and administrative expenses to $1.5 million, while selling expenses increased 15.6% to $3.3 million.
Chanson reported cash and cash equivalents of $20 million at June 30, 2026, compared with $8.6 million at December 31, 2025, supported by $13.9 million in net cash provided by financing activities and higher investment income.
