Chagee Holdings (NASDAQ:CHA) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of RMB3,414.6 million (US$503.3 million), up 2.5% year over year from RMB3,331.9 million.

The company’s revenue growth compared with the prior-year period, while operating performance improved with operating income rising to RMB524.7 million from RMB107.6 million.

Chagee reported GAAP net income of RMB464.8 million (US$68.5 million), compared with RMB77.2 million in the prior-year period, while non-GAAP net income was RMB488.7 million compared with RMB629.8 million in the second quarter of 2025.

The company reported continued expansion of its teahouse network during the quarter.

Chagee operates a premium tea drinks business with a global store network that reached 7,639 locations, representing an 8.5% increase year over year, according to the company’s results update.

The company’s second-quarter results follow its earlier expansion efforts across its franchised tea shop network and overseas markets as it continues developing its beverage retail operations.
