Ceva (NASDAQ:CEVA) today announced record fourth-quarter 2025 revenue of $31.3 million, up 7% year over year and 10% sequentially, marking the highest quarterly revenue in the company's history.

The quarter benefited from 18 IP licensing deals, including a significant NPU agreement with a prominent PC original equipment manufacturer, highlighting growing adoption of Ceva's AI acceleration technologies in consumer computing and edge devices.

For the full year, total revenue reached $109.6 million, reflecting modest growth amid a mix of licensing and royalty streams.

Licensing and related revenue climbed to $63.6 million, up 6% from 2024, driven by over 20% contribution from AI-related deals—including 10 NeuPro NPU agreements signed throughout the year—as demand for edge AI processing intensifies.

Royalty revenue totaled $46 million, with sequential quarterly increases underscoring expanding shipments of Ceva-powered semiconductors.

The company also achieved a milestone with a record 2.1 billion Ceva-powered devices shipped in 2025, spanning wireless connectivity, sensing, and AI inference applications across IoT, mobile, automotive, and consumer markets.

Additionally, Ceva completed a follow-on equity offering that generated approximately $63 million in net proceeds, bolstering its balance sheet to support continued R&D investments in next-generation IP for physical AI, 5G, and ultra-low-power edge computing.
