Ceragon revenue increases 14.2% to $93.9 million

Ceragon (NASDAQ:CRNT) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $93.9 million, up 14.2% from $82.3 million a year earlier.

Revenue also increased from $85 million in Q1, driven mainly by India, which represented 48% of Q2 sales compared with 35% in the prior quarter.

GAAP gross margin fell to 31.7%, while Ceragon reduced its 2026 non-GAAP gross margin outlook to 33.5%–34.5% and operating margin guidance to 5%–6%.

Following the announcement, Ceragon's share price was down about 4.5% at $2.11 in premarket trading.

Ceragon reported approximately $120 million of India orders through July and more than $10 million of selected Q2 private-network bookings across public safety, utilities and smart cities.

The company also secured a five-year, $70 million APAC operator agreement in July while reporting continued interest in its E-band and 5G FR2 wireless products.
