
CECO Q2 sales jump 54% to $285 million

CECO Environmental (NASDAQ:CECO) reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $285 million, up 54% year over year, as the company included results from its June 1 acquisition of Thermon.
Orders increased 191% to $798.5 million, while backlog rose 164% to $1.819 billion, reflecting higher contracted demand after the acquisition.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 73% to $40.2 million, representing a 14.1% margin, while non-GAAP net income rose 147% to $21.5 million, or $0.47 per share.
GAAP results showed a net loss of $34.8 million, mainly due to $45.5 million of acquisition and integration expenses related to the Thermon transaction.
Looking ahead, CECO raised its 2026 outlook to revenue of $1.3 billion–$1.375 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $200 million–$225 million, while targeting free cash flow conversion of at least 55% of adjusted EBITDA.
