PG&E Falls on Liability Bill; Nvidia Rises on Chip Investment | Stock Movers

On this episode of Stock Movers: - PG&E (PGE) are extending their downward move as California legislators introduced a bill that would update the state's wildfire response without shifting liability away from publicly traded utilities.
