Meta seals record 6.6 GW nuclear deal to fuel AI ambitions

Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) said Friday it has signed 20-year power purchase agreements to buy electricity from three Vistra Corp. nuclear plants in the U.S. Midwest and entered development partnerships with two companies pursuing small modular reactor technology, as Big Tech races to lock in reliable, long-term energy supplies for expanding artificial intelligence and data center operations.

Energy fuels smashes production targets, ramping up to America’s largest uranium output

Energy Fuels (NASDAQ:UUUU) announced on Dec. 29, 2025, that its fiscal year 2025 uranium operations significantly outperformed previously disclosed guidance.

The Denver-based producer, which has aggressively ramped up its domestic mining operations over the past 24 months, confirmed its position as the largest uranium producer in the United States by exceeding production benchmarks at both its mining and milling facilities.
