Cardinal Health revenue skyrockets 6% to $63.7 billion

Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH) reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $63.7 billion, up 6%, while GAAP operating earnings rose 70% to $729 million.

Revenue increased from $60.2 billion a year earlier, while non-GAAP diluted EPS climbed to $2.91 from $2.08.

Non-GAAP operating earnings rose 30% to $935 million, including a $100 million IEEPA tariff refund benefit that added $0.31 to non-GAAP EPS.

For fiscal 2026, revenue rose 14% to $254.2 billion, adjusted free cash flow reached $5 billion and share repurchases totaled $1.4 billion.

Cardinal Health said fiscal 2027 non-GAAP EPS should reach $12.40–$12.60 as it expands specialty services, distribution capacity and other higher-growth businesses.
