Camtek secures $105M in AI semiconductor equipment orders

Camtek (NASDAQ:CAMT) announced it has received more than $105 million in new multi-system orders for its semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment, extending the company’s business visibility well into the following year.

The advanced equipment manufacturer secured a $55 million multi-system order from a tier-1 outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) provider to support the manufacturing of 2.5D and 3D artificial intelligence devices.

Additionally, Camtek obtained orders valued at over $50 million from a leading high-bandwidth memory (HBM) manufacturer for its specialized Hawk inspection systems.

All machinery under these newly announced agreements is scheduled for delivery over the course of 2027.
