CAE wins $300 million U.S. Air Force C-130H training contract

• CAE (NYSE:CAE) received a $300 million contract from the U.S. Air Force to continue C-130H aircrew training services through 2035.
• The award extends CAE’s role as prime contractor for the C-130H Aircrew Training System.
• The program includes simulator operations, instruction, maintenance, logistics and cybersecurity support.

CAE (NYSE:CAE) announced that it has been awarded a competitive recompete contract valued at approximately $300 million by the U.S. Air Force to continue providing C-130H aircrew training services through December 2035.

The award extends CAE’s position as prime contractor for the C-130H Aircrew Training System, nearly two decades after the company began supporting the program.

The contract covers program management, flight instruction, simulator maintenance, logistics, cybersecurity and ongoing system upgrades designed to keep training capabilities aligned with aircraft requirements.

Training services will support Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard C-130H crews at Little Rock Air Force Base and four additional U.S. locations.

The program will use nine full-mission simulators and more than 45 additional training devices to provide realistic flight preparation and mission training.

CAE said the long-term contract reflects continued demand for advanced simulation and training solutions that support military readiness while reducing reliance on live aircraft training.
