C4 Therapeutics shares cemsidomide trial data

C4 Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CCCC) presented new biomarker data from two Phase 1 multiple myeloma combination trials evaluating cemsidomide, including studies with dexamethasone and elranatamab.
The data included results from 62 heavily pre-treated patients in a Phase 1 trial with dexamethasone, where researchers observed T-cell activation and changes in natural killer cell function across once-daily dose levels.
In the dexamethasone combination study, C4 Therapeutics reported enhanced immune cell function at the 75 µg and 100 µg dose levels, while the ongoing Phase 1b elranatamab trial showed expansion and activation of CD8+ effector memory T cells in the first two patients.
C4 Therapeutics develops targeted protein degradation medicines, including cemsidomide, which is being evaluated in clinical studies for potential applications in multiple myeloma and other diseases.
The company said the elranatamab combination study is moving into a 100 µg dose-escalation safety cohort and a 75 µg expansion cohort, with data from evaluated cohorts expected in mid-2027.
