C3is (NASDAQ:CISS) reported second quarter 2026 voyage revenues of $24 million, up from $10.7 million in the prior-year period, as daily time charter equivalent rates increased to $40,260.
The results compared with Q2 2025, when the company reported a net loss of $5.3 million, while daily TCE increased 144.5% year over year and supported higher operating results.
The company reported Q2 net income of $10 million, adjusted net income of $9.8 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $11.8 million, while cash and time deposits increased to $33.2 million from $14.9 million at the end of 2025.
For the first six months of 2026, C3is reported voyage revenues of $35.6 million, compared with $19.4 million in the same period last year, with net income of $13.2 million and adjusted net income of $15.3 million.
The company agreed to acquire two product tankers for $39.8 million, with one vessel delivered on April 3, 2026, and the second delivered on August 6, 2026, expanding its product tanker exposure while maintaining a six-vessel unencumbered fleet.
