Build-A-Bear Workshop (NYSE:BBW) announced record-breaking financial results for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, marking the highest annual revenue in the company’s history.

Total revenues for fiscal 2025 reached $529.8 million, a significant climb from the $496.4 million reported in the prior year.

The fourth quarter also set a new high for the period, with revenues totaling $154.5 million.

Despite the top-line growth, the company faced a challenging cost environment in the final quarter.

Pre-tax income for the three months fell to $21.5 million, compared to $27.5 million a year ago.

Management specifically cited a $6 million impact from tariffs and related logistics costs during the quarter, which accounted for a combined $11 million drag on pre-tax income for the full year.

Consequently, fourth-quarter diluted earnings per share (EPS) declined to $1.26 from $1.62.

On an annual basis, Build-A-Bear remained resilient, posting a record pre-tax income of $67.2 million and a record diluted EPS of $3.99.

The company’s strong cash position allowed for the return of $39 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a 4.5% increase in the quarterly dividend, raising it to $0.23 per share.

Looking toward fiscal 2026, the company introduced guidance projecting mid-single-digit revenue growth.
