Broadwind (NASDAQ:BWEN) reported second-quarter 2026 continuing-operations revenue of $24.3 million, up 67% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA reached $1.6 million.

The loss from continuing operations narrowed to $0.7 million from $3 million, while adjusted EBITDA improved from negative $1.1 million a year earlier.

Total orders increased 68% to $35.2 million, while liquidity stood at $40.1 million against $6.3 million of debt and finance leases.

Following the announcement, Broadwind's share price was down about 4.3% at $4.46 in premarket trading.

Meanwhile, Broadwind sold its Abilene, Texas facility to IES Infrastructure for up to $19.5 million, completing its strategic exit from wind fabrication operations.

Industrial Solutions revenue rose 79% to $13.2 million and Gearing revenue increased 24% to $9 million as Broadwind shifted toward power generation and infrastructure demand.
