
Broadcom delivers $29.6 billion revenue in third quarter results

Broadcom (NASDAQ:AVGO) reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $29.6 billion, up 86% year over year, with higher earnings driven by growth across semiconductor and infrastructure software businesses.
GAAP operating income increased 171% to $16 billion, while GAAP net income rose 216% to $13.1 billion and diluted earnings per share increased 215% to $2.68 compared with the prior-year period.
Broadcom reported non-GAAP operating income of $20.1 billion, non-GAAP net income of $16.4 billion, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $3.32, while cash from operations reached $14.2 billion and free cash flow totaled $13.7 billion.
Broadcom expects fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of approximately $34.8 billion and a non-GAAP operating margin of about 66% of projected revenue.
Broadcom develops semiconductor products and infrastructure software solutions used in networking, data centers, broadband, wireless communications, and enterprise technology markets.
The company reported AI semiconductor revenue of $16.7 billion, up 221% year over year, while semiconductor solutions revenue increased 127% to $20.8 billion and infrastructure software revenue increased 29% to $8.8 billion.
