The acquisition targets a business that generated approximately $108 million in revenue during the 2025 fiscal year.
The company stated that the cash transaction will be immediately accretive to its earnings and free cash flow.
The transaction is officially expected to close during the third quarter of 2026.
Following the announcement, Bristow Group's share price was unchanged at $42.35.
The acquisition coincides with a planned exit from the Norway Offshore Energy Services market segment.
The company stated that these combined adjustments will shift its pro forma revenue mix toward government services.
