
Brinker records $1.54 billion revenue in fourth quarter

Brinker International (NYSE:EAT) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 total revenues of $1.54 billion, with net income increasing to $131.1 million and diluted EPS reaching $2.99.
The company’s Q4 Company sales increased to $1.52 billion from $1.45 billion a year earlier, while operating income reached $167.0 million, representing 10.9% of revenues.
For fiscal 2026, Brinker reported total revenues of $5.81 billion, net income of $487 million, diluted EPS of $10.87, and non-GAAP EPS of $3.07 in the fourth quarter.
Following the announcement, the Brinker International share price was unchanged at $117.54.
Brinker said Chili’s recorded five consecutive years of same-store sales growth, with Q4 comparable sales increasing 5.6%, while Maggiano’s comparable sales declined 2.5%.
The company repurchased $400 million of stock during fiscal 2026 and authorized an additional $750 million share repurchase program effective August 10, 2026, while agreeing to acquire 12 Chili’s restaurants in Alabama and Mississippi.
