Brightstar Lottery (NYSE:BRSL) announced that its subsidiary Brightstar Global Solutions received a seven-year contract extension to continue as the primary technology supplier for Washington’s Lottery through June 30, 2036.

The extension continues a long-term relationship between Brightstar and Washington’s Lottery, with the company set to modernize gaming technology and expand retailer and player-facing equipment across the state.

Under the agreement, Brightstar will upgrade Washington’s Lottery central gaming system and deploy 2,200 GameTouch28 self-service vending machines, 100 GameTouch20 units and 3,700 Retailer Pro S2 lottery terminals with ticket checkers and digital marketing displays.

The company did not disclose financial terms of the contract extension.

Brightstar provides lottery technology, gaming systems and related services to government-operated lotteries and gaming organizations across multiple markets.

The Washington’s Lottery agreement adds to Brightstar’s portfolio of technology supply contracts as lotteries continue investing in digital systems, self-service equipment and retail modernization.
