Boyd Group sales jump 29.9% to $1.01 billion

Boyd Group Services (NYSE:BGSI) reported second-quarter 2026 sales of $1.0137 billion, up 29.9% year over year, while gross margin increased to 47.4%.

Revenue from new locations contributed $211.3 million during the quarter, while same-store sales increased 2.9%, adding to growth from Boyd’s expanded store network.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 44.9% to $135.9 million, adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 13.4%, and adjusted net earnings rose 46.7% to $22.4 million, while net earnings declined to $1.3 million due to higher depreciation, amortization and finance costs.

Boyd also said it generated $15 million of incremental Q2 cost savings from Project 360 and acquisition synergies, bringing year-to-date savings to $35 million.

Elsewhere, the company completed the conversion of 258 Joe Hudson’s locations during the quarter as it continued integrating the acquired collision repair business into its broader network.

Boyd also reported pro forma debt leverage of 2.8x, down from 3.1x at the end of 2025, as the company continued working through acquisition-related investments and operational integration.
