Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE:BAH) completed its previously announced $720 million acquisition of Ultra I&C Mission Solutions, expanding its defense technology capabilities for national security customers.

Ultra Mission Solutions provides defense technology software, encryption, and edge-compute products that will be combined with Booz Allen’s AI-driven battle management and communications solutions.

Ultra Mission Solutions will operate as the commercial product and solutions component of Booz Allen’s defense technology business, led by President Steve Escaravage.

Booz Allen stated that the acquisition strengthens its ability to deliver defense technology products.

The company stated that the transaction supports expansion of product delivery, global reach, and technology solutions for U.S. and allied customers.

Booz Allen Hamilton provides consulting, technology, and engineering services for government and commercial clients, with the acquisition expanding its defense technology offerings.
