Boost Run (NASDAQ:WLAC), an AI cloud infrastructure provider currently in the process of merging with Willow Lane Acquisition (NASDAQ:WLAC), announced a definitive $1.44 billion purchase agreement with Dell Technologies (NYSE:DELL) today.

The deal is designed to supply Boost Run with the essential hardware, software, and financing required to meet the surging global demand for enterprise-scale artificial intelligence computing.

The agreement serves as a critical operational catalyst for Boost Run, providing the equipment certainty needed to fulfill long-term client commitments and scale capacity across its expanding colocation footprint.

As part of the expanded partnership, Boost Run will leverage Dell Financial Services (DFS) to create a flexible financing structure, allowing capital deployment to remain closely aligned with customer contract timelines.

The partnership leverages Boost Run’s status as an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Service Provider, combining high-performance NVIDIA chips with Dell’s enterprise-grade infrastructure.

This synergy aims to provide a dedicated, compliant platform for high-performance computing (HPC) and large-scale AI workloads.

Earlier this month, Boost Run also achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud validation on the Blackwell architecture, further solidifying its position in the elite tier of global AI infrastructure leaders.

The deal comes at a pivotal time for the company.

Boost Run is currently advancing its business combination with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp., with a shareholder vote scheduled for April 30, 2026.
