BJ’s Wholesale Club sales rallies 11.9% in Q2

BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings (NYSE:BJ) reported second-quarter 2026 comparable club sales growth of 11.9% year over year, supported by higher membership income and digital sales growth.

Comparable club sales excluding gasoline increased 3.1%, while membership fee income rose 9.9% to $135.6 million.

The company reported earnings per diluted share and adjusted earnings per diluted share of $1.36, while opening three new clubs and one new gas station during the quarter.

BJ’s also reported digitally enabled comparable sales growth of 30%, representing two-year stacked comparable growth of 64%, while total membership increased to a record 8.5 million members.

The company continues expanding its warehouse club network, adding new locations and increasing digital engagement among members.

BJ’s Wholesale Club operates membership-based warehouse clubs offering groceries, general merchandise, gasoline and related services across the United States.
