BioHarvest Sciences (NASDAQ:BHST) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $8.8 million, up 3.8%, while gross margin slipped to 58%.
Revenue increased from $8.5 million a year earlier, while net loss narrowed to $3.7 million from $4.1 million.
Adjusted EBITDA loss widened to $1.6 million, while BioHarvest cut VINIA’s 2026 revenue forecast to $33–$35 million from $38–$42 million.
BioHarvest’s VINIA business grew Q2 revenue 2% and had about 95,000 active customers as the company redirected spending toward manufacturing capacity.
BioHarvest also advanced a $1.125 million saffron program, received a $1.4 million Israeli grant and expanded its Tate & Lyle sweetener collaboration.
