BILL Holdings (NYSE:BILL) reported fiscal 2026 total revenue of $1.7 billion, up 13% year over year, while core revenue increased 16% to $1.5 billion.
Fourth-quarter total revenue increased 14% year over year to $436.2 million, while core revenue, consisting of subscription and transaction fees, rose 16% to $400.5 million.
BILL reported fourth-quarter gross profit of $356.2 million, representing an 81.7% gross margin, while non-GAAP operating income increased 80% year over year to $101.6 million.
The company reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $18.5 million, or $0.19 per share, while non-GAAP net income reached $94.0 million, or $0.84 per diluted share.
Subscription fees increased 11% year over year to $76.2 million, while transaction fees increased 17% to $324.3 million during the fourth quarter.
BILL said its financial operations platform serves nearly half a million businesses and that it continues developing AI-enabled solutions while targeting improved profitability.
