BeOne and Revolution Medicines expand oncology partnership
- BeOne Medicines and Revolution Medicines announced a multi-part collaboration covering clinical studies and regional commercialization rights for RAS(ON) inhibitors.
- The agreement gives BeOne exclusive development and commercialization rights for four Revolution Medicines RAS(ON) inhibitors in select Asian markets.
- BeOne will fund and conduct a global Phase 3 registrational study for one Revolution Medicines RAS(ON) inhibitor under the partnership.
BeOne Medicines (NASDAQ:ONC) and Revolution Medicines (NASDAQ:RVMD) announced a multi-part oncology collaboration combining clinical research programs with a regional rights agreement covering four RAS(ON) inhibitors in selected Asian markets.
The collaboration will evaluate potential drug combinations using BeOne oncology assets and Revolution Medicines’ clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors, while expanding commercialization access in Asia.
The clinical collaboration will assess combinations involving BeOne’s BGB-58067 PRMT5 inhibitor and BG-T187 EGFR x MET x MET trispecific antibody with Revolution Medicines’ daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib, while BeOne receives regional rights to develop and commercialize the four RAS(ON) inhibitors.
The four Revolution Medicines assets covered by the agreement are daraxonrasib, zoldonrasib, elironrasib and RMC-5127, which target different RAS mutations including G12D, G12C and G12V.
Revolution Medicines will remain responsible for development and commercialization activities outside the licensed territories, including Japan and South Korea, while retaining eligibility for milestone payments and tiered royalties from partnered regions.
BeOne said it will use its internal development capabilities and commercial infrastructure to support the advancement of the partnered programs in selected Asian markets.
