
Beneficient Q1 revenue arrives at $12.2 million

Beneficient (NASDAQ:BENF) reported fiscal Q1 2027 GAAP revenue of $12.2 million and an operating loss of $0.4 million as expenses declined sharply.
Revenue improved from negative $42.4 million in fiscal Q4 2026 and negative $12.6 million a year earlier, while adjusted operating income reached $5.7 million.
Operating expenses fell 84.3% to $12.5 million, while Beneficient ended June with $5.6 million in cash, $96.8 million of debt and $212.5 million of investments at fair value.
Following the announcement, Beneficient's share price was up about 4.2% at $2.47 in Friday trading.
Beneficient closed more than $16 million of new primary capital commitments, increasing collateral supporting its net ExAlt loan portfolio of $186.0 million.
The company also began its first collateral management engagement with a Texas state-chartered bank and reported $57.6 million of cumulative asset-sale and redemption proceeds since the prior fiscal year began.
