Bending Spoons (NASDAQ:BSP) completed its previously announced acquisition of Airtable, adding the data organization and workflow management platform to its technology portfolio.

The acquisition brings Airtable, which is used by more than 500,000 organizations, into Bending Spoons’ portfolio as the company continues expanding its software businesses.

The companies did not disclose financial terms of the transaction, while Bending Spoons said it plans to invest in Airtable’s product development, customer support, and market expansion activities.

Airtable Co-founder Howie Liu said he expects Bending Spoons to provide resources and long-term support to help the platform continue delivering value to customers.

The transaction represents Bending Spoons’ first acquisition since its Nasdaq listing on July 1, 2026, adding Airtable to its portfolio of global technology brands.
