
BD (NYSE:BDX) reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of $4.98 billion, up 5.4% as reported and 4.4% currency-neutral.
Revenue increased from $4.73 billion, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 4.9% to $3.23 from $3.08.
Year-to-date operating cash flow increased 33.3% to $2.10 billion, while free cash flow rose 44.6% to $1.73 billion.
BD raised adjusted EPS guidance to $12.62–$12.72.
Following the announcement, BD's share price was up 0.3% at $170.66 in premarket trading.
All four segments grew, led by BioPharma Systems at 6.6% and Interventional at 6.4%.
Meanwhile, BD completed its Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions spin-off and Waters combination in February, leaving four continuing-operations segments.
