The total net sales represented a 2.3% year-over-year decline, even as direct channel net sales grew by 3% and international operations expanded by 24.9%.
The company reported earnings per diluted share of $0.58 and adjusted earnings per share of $0.62 for the quarter.
These results included approximately $80 million in tariff refunds, which would have brought the adjusted earnings per share down to $0.31 if excluded.
Following the announcement, Bath & Body Works' share price was down at $17.58.
The company narrowed its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to a forecasted decline between 4% and 2.5% compared to 2025.
Management raised the full-year earnings per share guidance to a range of $3.13 to $3.33 while projecting approximately $650 million in free cash flow.
