Aviat Networks (Nasdaq:AVNW) reported fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter revenue of $120.9 million, up 4.8% year over year, as annual revenue increased to $439.7 million and backlog reached $367 million.
The fourth-quarter results compared with the prior-year period, with North America revenue increasing 17.8% while international revenue declined 8.3%, and the company reported a 30.8% gross margin.
Aviat Networks reported fourth-quarter GAAP operating income of $5.8 million and a net loss of $1.3 million, or $0.10 per share, while non-GAAP net income reached $8.3 million, or $0.64 per share, and adjusted EBITDA was $11.9 million.
The company stated that fiscal 2027 guidance includes expected revenue of $455 million to $470 million and adjusted EBITDA of $50 million to $55 million.
For fiscal 2026, Aviat Networks reported GAAP net income of $2.5 million, or $0.19 per share, and non-GAAP net income of $21.6 million, or $1.66 per share, while ending the year with $72.8 million in cash and $24.2 million in net debt.
The company reported backlog increased 14% to $367 million, repurchased $2.2 million of stock, and said its fiscal 2027 outlook reflects expected business activity across its communications network solutions operations.
