Avantor (NYSE:AVTR) reported second quarter 2026 net sales of $1.69 billion, up 0.5% year over year, while organic revenue declined 0.4%.
The company’s revenue included a 0.9% favourable foreign exchange impact, while VWR Distribution & Services organic revenue increased 1.7% and Bioscience & Medtech Products declined 5.6%.
Avantor reported net income of $38.1 million, adjusted net income of $143.3 million and adjusted EBITDA of $254.3 million, representing a 15% margin.
Meanwhile, the company generated $178.2 million in operating cash flow and $142.8 million in free cash flow, allowing it to repay $112.1 million of debt and reduce adjusted net leverage to 3.3 times.
Looking ahead, Avantor raised its fiscal 2026 organic revenue growth outlook to -0.5%–+0.5% from -2.5%–-0.5%, while increasing adjusted EPS guidance to $0.80–$0.83 and maintaining adjusted EBITDA margin and free cash flow guidance.
