
Atmus Filtration Technologies (NYSE:ATMU) reported record Q2 2026 net sales of $527.9 million, up 16.4%, while GAAP net income increased to $64 million.
Sales increased from $453.5 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $109.1 million from $95.1 million and adjusted EPS increased to $0.82 from $0.75.
Power Solutions generated $485.5 million of sales and $101.1 million of adjusted EBITDA, while Industrial Solutions produced $42.4 million of sales and $8.0 million of adjusted EBITDA.
Operating cash flow increased to $78 million from $44 million and adjusted free cash flow rose to $67 million from $36 million, while Atmus repurchased $13 million of shares during the quarter.
Atmus raised its 2026 outlook to $1.975–$2.030 billion of sales, a 19.75%–20.25% adjusted EBITDA margin and adjusted EPS of $2.85–$3.
