Atlantic International (NASDAQ:ATLN) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, alongside the transformative completion of its acquisition of Circle8.
The merger creates a high-scale transatlantic workforce platform, significantly elevating the company's market presence with a pro forma revenue run-rate now exceeding $1 billion.
For the 2025 fiscal year, Atlantic International reported revenue of $435.9 million, with $120 million generated in the fourth quarter alone.
Full-year gross profit reached $46 million, representing a 10.6% margin.
However, the heavy investments required to finalize the transatlantic merger and streamline global operations resulted in an adjusted EBITDA loss of $4.7 million for the year.
The acquisition of Circle8 is the centerpiece of Atlantic International’s 2026 strategy.
By integrating Circle8’s established European network with Atlantic’s North American footprint, the company aims to offer a unified, global solution for high-demand talent and workforce management.
The combined entity is now positioned as a mid-market leader capable of competing for large-scale, multi-regional contracts.
